Dating 189 ca

This ring has been hand made of solid 18 Kt gold (marked) with silver for the diamond's setting
It boasts superb Victorian craftsmanship with nicely pierced back work and leaf shoulders
The wide rectangular crown exhibits a centre natural emerald of primitive emerald cut
Semi opaque bottle green variety of emerald -probably Indian origin-
It is finely set into mill-grain finished collet

The emerald has been estimated on mounting approx 1.35 Ct
The surrounding tiers of diamonds are richly set with sparkly rose cut diamonds making the best complement to this traditional Victorian ring
Diamonds TCW is near one carat in total
Fabulous conditions considering the age
Some wear to the surface of the emerald
