We believe in fair and honest trade on both sides -Buyer and Seller- However there are few points to make clear before bidding

What we do before posting on sale:

We provide accurate description and photos for each of our listed items.
Our photos are among the best on eBay showing more than the naked eye can see.
Enlargements of more than 10X from many point of view make the buyer able to catch every single detail of the item.
Of course we cannot report every single tiny scratch - Therefore our highly magnificated photo will show them all.
Also note that colours and saturation may slightly vary from originals,
monitor's setting can affect them too.

We do odour best to give all information related to each item in written, to help buyer in choosing between quality and prices. You will ever find on each item all the details needed for a successful Purchase. We never miss to mention if there are pities to point out or the grading of our stones. Of Course on antiques signs of wear are to be present, these are rates in good/very good/excellent conditions or poor/worn Conditions.

We spend long time and work to give accurate and detailed information for each of our listed item.
Information given are based on our experience in jewellery trading and antiques and gems trading.
We use the GIA Grading Standards - Unless accompanied by a Gemmological Report.

Any Stone Grading is our opinion only and does not constitute certification or guarantee.

The words "approx/approximately" indicates Weights gauged by formula, not exact weights -Exact weights are stated if available. Otherwise formulas are used to estimate the weight for diamonds. These are approximations only and are not a guarantee of weight.

When a certificate accompanies a Jewellery lot it will be stated in the description.

Please bear in mind that diamond's grading is not an exact science, may slightly vary even between two major independent gemmologist.
Gemstone's weight is estimated on mounting, we provide a realistic figure allowing a maximum difference of +/- 5%
(International allowed difference is +/-10%)

We offer GIA credited gemmologist certificates for more expensive items.
These are to be asked before item leaving and may take few days to issue.
If you feel needing it just ask. This is an extra service we offer and is at buyer's expense.

If we have knowledge of  hallmarks, signature, history or provenance, that information will always be included in the description.

All our goods are CAREFULLY inspected with professional tools, prior listing and before leaving

Our prices are very realistic and fair on the current market value.
You may find unique pieces of jewellery at very reasonable prices.
You are able to search and compare within quality and prices using eBay's tools and search world wide finding out that we offer great quality at great prices.

RETURN POLICY

We do not give refund for buyer's remorse or frivolous bids or as a rule

For buyers within EU countries we reserve some special terms of guarantee of sale for certain items. Please ask

For International Buyers due to nature of international shipments -import/export regulations, returns are accepted only for items unintentionally misrepresented.
Therefore in case of misrepresentation, we ask our buyers to provide for a written grade report by a major laboratory like GIA or EGL which must be presented and both Colour and Clarity must be at least two grades lower.

Sorry we do not give for grant your own jeweller opinion.
Opinions are based on personal and different experience of trade.

Sorry, we do not give any compensation or partial refund!

If you feel the item has been misrepresented but still want to keep it and think you are in the right to get partial refund? Sorry we do not give Partial Refund under buyer's judgement only.
We think is unfair from buyer to ask for it. Without getting our goods back we are not able to check the mistake we made.

Therefore we do not renegotiate on final prices.

We are Firm on that!

Please note that we will not accept returns of re-sized/altered jewels even if done by us on buyer's request.
If you feel that meet our requirement for a refund please contact us within 72 hours from the date of receipt by e-mail. Merchandise must be returned, at buyer's expense, undamaged, unaltered and insured within 3 days by the same carrier we use. We reserve the right to inspect merchandise before issuing a refund.

SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE

We sincerely do our best to make buyers happy with every single purchase, our target is customers come back for more. We feel our policies are fair to protect both sides. We are Square trade verified seller, this service help both parts and you can feel sure if there is something to go wrong, we always do the maximum to sort out!
